Children's EducationChildren from 3 years old through 5th grade will enjoy being together, learning, singing and praying at one of the programs designed especially for them.Sunday School Sunday School meets between services, starting the Sunday after labor day through Memorial Day weekend in May at 9:15 a.m. Sunday School at St. Paul is a "rotational model." Students spend six weeks focusing on a particular story or theme. Each week the student is in a different workshop such as movies time, Bible games, cooking, art, drama, and science. Each workshop reinforces the focus and kids leave Sunday school having had a fun time and with a deep understanding of the story. What exactly will kids learn? Preschool kids will become familiar with Bible stories and understand the basic meaning. Grade K-2 kids will comprehend Bible stories, identify with characters, and apply faith-based actions to their lives. Grade 3-5 kids will understand the structure of the Bible and begin to interpret stories, and discover ways to apply the Bible story to their own lives. KidStP! KidStP! (sounds like kid’s stop) is our newest ministry for the Kids of St. Paul. Youth in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade are invited to meet for fun, fellowship, and maybe even an occasional trip or retreat! Bring a Friend Sunday New Families are always welcome at St. Paul and existing members are always invited to bring friends; however, St. Paul celebrates friends on various Sundays throughout the school year. When students bring a friend they will receive a gift for themselves and a friend. Vacation Bible School Experience VBS week at St. Paul: a high-energy, rollicking week, where children in preschool through 6th grade participate in a variety of activities centered on a theme.
